Plan and deliver events for our partners' groups: incentive groups and more.
Our partners bring incentive, MICE and wedding groups to Asia, and the event is often what guests remember most. As Event Coordinator in Indonesia you plan and run incentive groups, conferences, beach gala dinners and destination weddings in Bali, Lombok and Jakarta.
You take each event from the partner's brief to the night itself: venue options, costings, run-of-show, supplier briefings and on-site delivery.
What success looks like
- Proposals that win the business: creative, clearly costed and on time
- Events that run to plan, with problems solved before guests notice them
- Suppliers who want to work with us again
What you will do
- Turn partner briefs into event proposals with venues, concepts and costings
- Book and brief venues, caterers, AV, decor, entertainment and photographers
- Write run-of-show documents and supplier schedules
- Be on site for set-up, the event and breakdown, including evenings and weekends
- Track event budgets and close out supplier invoices after the event
What you bring
- 2+ years coordinating events, MICE or weddings
- A network of event venues and suppliers in Indonesia
- Calm and organised under pressure, with strong attention to detail
- Bahasa Indonesia and business English
- Willing to work evenings, weekends and on site during events
- Valid right to work in Indonesia
